Happy weekend!? Or what's left of it lol I haven't done much, apart from a few well deserved naps, a little bit of online shopping and of course swatching! I hope yours was more fun haha
Today I have swatches of the latest Cadillacquer collection to share with you : Love The Music.
Application was, as always with Cadillacquer, a pleasure. They all went on easily on the nails and reached full opacity in 2 coats.
All Sparks is a medium pink holo with red sparks throughout. The holo is subtle but adds a little something to an already beautiful pink. I especially love the red pieces in this one.
Spectrum is a strawberry red holo with gold and multicolor flakes. This one pulled pink on my skin tone but definitely my type of pink, I love it! The mix of holo, shimmer and fakies is gorgeous both in the sun and in the shade.
Out Of This World is a dark plum holo with blue shimmer. The blue shimmer seems to have a duochrome effect and shift to a hot purple fuchsia.
Maybe Tomorrow is a dusty grayish purple with light pink shimmer and flakes. Dusty purples are among my favorite colors so naturally I love this one.
Breathe Me is a light green holo with copper/red shimmer and sparks throughout. Perfect for the sage green and pastel lovers, such a subtle and delicate color.
Dream On is a dark green holo with gold flakes. WOW. A seriously breathtaking green holo!
Savior is a teal blue holo with purple shimmer throughout. I've always had a soft sport for teals, I don't know how many teal holos I have and yet this one's nothing like them, a beauty.
Never Too Late is a cornflower blue holo with light purple shimmer and micro flakies. Typically the shade of blue that goes well with everything.
Overall :
Another beautiful Cadillacquer collection. If you're looking for strong, in-your-face, holos these are not for you. But if you're into unique, complex and harmonious colors, holos mixed with shimmers, glitters or flakies to be able to appreciate them in the shade as well, you will not be disappointed!
The Cadillacquer Love The Music collection has just released on cadillacquer.com ad should very soon be available on your favorite stockists worldwide (full list here)
So, anything sparks your interest? Have you ever tried Cadillacquer?
