Glitter Ball is a silver holo topper i.e. a mix of silver holographic hex glitters suspended in a clear base, intended to wear layered or sandwiched. I decided to keep it simple today and just wear it over black but in my humble opinion, you don't need fancy layering combos to enjoy a gorgeous glitter like this one! Formula-wise, I didn't experience any issues whatsoever and simply dabbed one coat to reach sufficient glitter pay-off.
