Monday... Definitely not my favorite time of the week but lately my weekly piCture pOlish post have helped ease up the pain LOL.
So today I have an oldie but a goodie, piCture pOlish Festival, released in December 2011 but still oh so hot!
Festival is a multicolored flakies topper. There's a lot going on in those little flakes : blue, green, red, orange, gold,... If you've never tried a flakie polish before, you should definitely try one and well if you're a flakie adept, you'll love Festival, it pretty much has every possible color in just one bottle. Application as easy as a breeze and coverage subtle but sufficient. I used 2 coats plus topcoat over black here and they applied perfectly evenly.

I can't believe I used to hate flakies over black when I first got into polish!

ReplyDeleteFestival is one of my most favorite things on the planet! I picked it up along with some other picture polishes a few weeks ago, and it's made me very happy indeed! Is there a contingency that dislikes flakies, b/c I pretty much die for them =) Thanks for the excellent swatches as always!
