I have more frankening pigments!
Anna from AnnasArtAsylum is now selling magnetic pigments along with the multichromatic ones I first reviewed here and here and she kindly offered to send me some samples to share with you girls!
I received the pigments in small ziploc bags. They all contained 1g of powder and I used
a small amount of that that in small clear nail polish bottles (5ml /
0.16oz). I'd say you could make around 3 to 4 full sized bottles with 1g depending on the amount of pigment/opacity you want.
2 coats for all of these swatches, no
topcoat.
20
cool toned antique gold with a lighter magnetic effect
21
medium warm toned brown with a gold magnetic effect
22
dark dusty purple with a warm toned magnetic effect
23
dark dusty purple with a cool toned magnetic effect
24
dark teal with lighter magnetic effect
25
warm olive green with a lighter magnetic effect
Overall :
Of course you all know how much I love playing with pigments and obviously these are no exception. They all mixed perfectly with polish and applied like a dream.
The colors are really fun and unique, I really love how dusty and edgy they look, even without magnet, my absolute favorites being 21, 22, 24 and 25.
These pigments can be purchased from Anna's eBay store AnnasArtAsylum (worldwide
shipping).
