OPI Nicki Minaj Collection quick swatches and review

Hi everyone!
I hope your week has been awesome so far! Mine was cold... brrr...

Anyway, today's post will be a quick review of the OPI Nicki Minaj collection. I know you've already seen it everywhere so I'll keep it short.


Did It On 'Em
yellow toned green creme. 2 to 3 coater.






Pink Friday
Bubble gum pink creme. 2 to 3 coater






Fly
very saturated teal blue creme. 2 coater






Metallic 4 Life
different sizes of hex silver glitters in a black base. 2 coats here.





Save Me
small silver and saturated bar holographic glitter in a clear base. 2 coats over black






Overall :
An awesome teal, a wearable green, a nice pink; a gorgeous black glitter and finally an unexpected bar glitter : definitely a surprising collaboration!

I will post the shatter Super Bass layered in the next few days, probably a vampy layering, I don't really know yet. I'm open to suggestions so please feel free to comment ;-)

    Eeek that bar glitter over the black is blinging my eyes right off. Looks great! I'm still all about the pink, I may splash out on it! Beautiful clear pictures and your polish application is SO NEAT! :-) x

    I love Fly. I bought the mini set and I have used almost the whole bottle. I've gotten so many compliments on that color. Love it~

    The green/yellow was not one I would or can pull off. I did buy the others. Not a fan of Metallic 4 Life - probably won't live in my stash all that long is my guess. It keeps reminding me of an old silver chain I let go and now I cannot get it polished up nice without taking it to the jeweler. It's not silver, it's not pewter. I do love Fly and Pink Friday. I would like Pink Friday a lot more if I could get a Lynderealla Connect The Dots to go over it! Been a long time since I bought a good opaque, non chalky pink in this hue.

    i was just checking out the new holland collection & happened on your nicki minaj swatchs!!! *bleep* now i am so LEMMING metallic 4 life! i'm was just meh about this collection before your images-- but now i'm headed out tomorrow to buy the whole thing. (i'm not feeling did it on 'em or the shatter, but have to have the complete collection or i KNOW i'll regret it later! ;)

    These colors seem to be alive - great pictures!
    "Save me" reminds me of fireworks, so colorful and shiny, very cheerful on black, I wonder how it would look on other base colors.

    OMG just seen these swatches - I am wearing Pink Friday - why does it look nothing like yours does in your pics?! Mine is quite a bright bubblegum pink whilst yours seems to be a dusty baby pink, the shades look completely different! :\ I hope I didnt get a dud bottle or maybe its the pics?? :\ ah. I love your swatches, I cant wait to wear metallic for life and save me - they look AMAZING on your nails!! love love love! xxxx

    I love the Save Me glitter over the Metallic For Life in the last picture; infact I love all the colours apart from the yellow but it does work well with the other colours by the looks of it :)
