#FF : Dusk

Dusk is one of my first frankens. I've been wanting to post it for quite some time but one thing lead to another and by the time I finally made up my mind, I couldn't  put my hand on it somehow.

Dusk is a pink / green duochrome shimmer in a black base. Well I should say that it was pink / green but the pink appears purple with the black base. I love Dusk so much anyway, it's really special to me because I frankened it thinking about one of my friends and I know that she's been waiting on this swatch for ages. *inserts hug here*

That's it for today, I hope you liked this post and just like every Franken Friday, I wish you all a nice weekend!

  13. Gorgeous, again! Someone should hire you for making polish, I mean really! Can I ask, do you just mix different polishes or do you use the actual ingredients, like holo dust, glitter, eyeshadows etc.?

  14. @Nagellackprinzessin If you want to franken a dark jelly like Nars Zulu, you can start with a some clear polish and add dark green little by little until you get the right color / opacity. It shoudn't be more than half of each to keep a jelly consistency. I holpe this helps. xoxo

  15. @Ulmiel I kind of use everything actually : polishes, pigments, glitters. The only things that I don't often use are eyeshadows, I prefer pigments and sheer polishes with a shimmer or a slight duochrome and build up color from them.
