Essie Smooth Sailing is a mind blowing periwinkle blue with tons of big shimmer particles. Application was nice and even in two easy coats and it dried to a beautiful complex finish.

I knew I'd be in love with Smooth Sailing the minute I laid eyes on it and it didn't disappoint : it's probably my favorite polish released lately.
